I believe Sunoco is the only place that sells 94.

From past experiences, I can definitely say for certain that 91 V power gives better gas mileage than sunoco's ultra 94.

94 Sunoco contains "up to 10% ethanol", whereas V-power contains no ethanol. Ethanol burns faster

in terms of power should i stick with 94 or go back to 91 , with the timing module 94 feels nice

Unless your ecu is tuned to take advantage of higher octanes (A/F ratio) , or unless you are running a boosted motor, changes in octane level in fuel should not yield increased performance. a lot of enthusiasts claim that, to avoid knocking on engines for performance reasons, should avoid 87 octane and run 89 minimal.

i am not sure how the timing module affects the ECU for lancers, it may or may not take advantage of richer fuel.

i actually get better gas mileage with 94 compaired to 91. i could be wrong but i found that V power messed with my gas float (ie it would make my gauge flucuate under hard driving)

hahaha it does that in the lancer period , no matter what gas one second it will say 300km left on the tank then it will jump to 380 , i was driving home on less then 8th tank said i had 50km left i floored it to get ahead of a truck and it jumped to 80 wtf?
