So this is what happened to me about my tail lights.
If someone knows someone that can help me. Please help me.

Dear Mr. Lamonday,
 
Thank you for forwarding these pictures to our attention for review.
 
We have reviewed your pictures and have discussed them with the appropriate departments and it appears that these are the correct tail lights to have come with your vehicle.
 
Our product planning department has confirmed that there has been a mid-production change where different tail lights may have been used. For those reasons, we are unable to change the lights on your vehicle.
 
You may discuss changing the lights with your Mitsubishi dealer but any costs associated would not be covered under warranty or by Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada.
 
We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

that is some serious BULLSHIT!!! write a fucking letter to Mitsubishi Japan and complain bro! ask them if they shipped out your ralliart with those tails. get a brochure for the ralliart and ask them to point out any fucking pics with the ralliart with red tails!

Fucking people are dicks sometimes! I wish i knew someone that would be able to help you out. lemme see if i can pull some strings.

Every time I see a lancer w/ the Ralliart tails I think to myself ... wonder if they'd be willing to swap with you ... or maybe I should follow them home and ... Rolling Eyes
