Soldering Help

I need to replace a relay in the BCM for a '04 Tiburon. Does anyone know any professional places (in the Durham area preferred) I can take this to so they can remove the old relay and solder in the new one?
Don't want to risk it myself because if the mess up the board a new BCM from Hyundai is going to cost $846+programming.

Well I dont know of a place to take it too but I do know Im good at Soldering And I have My Own Stuff ......

Yeah we'd be taking out the board and driving up with my car if needed.

it's the other side of that board that I'd want to see.. probably about 3-5 pins that just need to be undone..
