So ... in light of trying to prep my car for some show and shine competitions this year, I decided to try to get a rear lip spoiler. The Rexpeed CF duckbill lip to be more specific. I found a few people selling them for a pretty good price so I inquired about them.

WTF?!? I'm willing to make the road trip ... figured I need it after 12 days straight of 10-12+ hr shifts. I could go there, pick up the lip, stay the night, hit up a club, come back the next day. It's also long weekend (Martin Luther King Day in the USA).
He hasn't gotten back to me yet even though I said I don't mind driving down.

Second guy ... I inquired about the same lip, but brand new for $135 ... his post says he'll ship to anyone in the USA. I say I'll pay postage difference. He doesn't respond ...

Seriously ... what is it? Why won't people sell me stuff?!? It's like ... "hey man, you don't want that? I'll give you cash! CASH!!' and they're like 'ummmm ... I dunno man, I know I'm selling it but ... is it really worth it to you?' ... and I'm like "hells ya dude! here's MONIES!! KA-CHING!!" and they're like "ummmm ... I dunno man ... not really worth it for you is it?". FAK THAT! If this keeps up, I'm just gonna bite the bullet and buy that Deck Mechanical CF lip spoiler which is incredibly overpriced but I've wanted since I first got my car.

They don't like to send things outside of the USA. Don't ask me why, I guess they are affraid they will get ripped, or we will call fraud once we get it in our hands. They don't get $$, you get a free part..

To each his own, cuz so far 99% of the guys I've hollered at for parts in the US we're willing to ship. Maybe it's a Nissan owners thing.

Must be frustrating trying to get a part and no one willing to sell it to you. Instead of buying privately can you order it from a vendor? All the mods on my car either ship from US or Korea and I've never had a problem but normally I try and avoid buying from anyone but vendors.

Well, Rexpeed lists it at $230 (plus tax and shipping), and this guy was selling it for $100 ... figured good deal. Says its in perfect condition minus the need for new double sided tape.
I'm gonna hit up NextMod to price out some new goodies and see if I can get a quote from Rexpeed as well. I've dealt with them directly and they're quick.
