Wastegate Motorsport Event

Hey all,

Just so you guys know I'm hosting an event this year. I want you guys to be at the fore front to get the exposure you deserve. This event was to mainly host to Kappa's Solstice/Sky, because I needed the external crews. I floated this idea to my Kappa community and got requests from NY, NJ, MI, OH, and as far as South Carolina and Arizona.

I bounced this off Shane a little while ago but wasn't 100% ready to tell you guys until I got a few things in place.

I request that TTS when available be at all events. TTS will have its own booth available at the show and will be placed on all marketing where possible. Which includes your cars on the website and marketing material were I can.

Ajax, Ontario Canada

Running 3 days in the Greater Toronto Area. Combining various vehicles from all forms of design. Tuner, Modern Muscle, Classic, and Motorcycles. Wastegate was designed to support Durham West Special Olympics (DWSO). A club which dedicates its resources to athletes to enjoy the very best in sports.

Itinerary includes (final specific dates of the events and times will be announced shortly):

Wastegate will bring you right into the action and fun fast paced state of the art Go-Karting at Grandprix Kartways (GPK) http://www.gpkartways.com/index.html.

A Wastegate special pricing Grand Prix Package (normally $79/person) is $64 taxes included per person includes: 3 sessions per guest, with 12 lap practice session, 14 lap qualifying race, and 16 lap championship or class final.

Requires approximately 2 to 2.5 hours to complete for groups of 12 to 24 guests. Expect to be here well in to the day/night.

Wastegate will be introducing the latest in mixing design and technology along with the passionate classics. Wastegate Motorsport show including those within the fields of Modern Muscle, Classic, Motorcycles, and let’s not forget the Tuner Class. Price of $20 to enter the show will go toward DWSO. Free to spectate.

Wastegate will also be running a day long Motorcycle Rally to Support the DWSO.

Wastegate will also be teaming with the biggest Sport Compact Racing Series. Canadian Sport Compact Series otherwise affectionately known as the one of a kind CSCS www.cscs.ca

CSCS has migrated to the Durham Region where they have invaded Mosport International Raceway’s smaller track.

This is where drifting, time attack, and the classic show and shine will fill your final day with us.

Hotel info can be found at www.wastegateshow.com just remember to quote: Wastegate. The headquarters for Wastegate for onsite check in will be located at the Hilton Garden Inn Ajax.

We will be providing packages which will include coupons for various foods and drink locations to ensure that you can make the most of Wastegate’s 3 days and its events.

Wastegate Event registration will be available through www.wastegateshow.com in the next 3-4 weeks. Special event spots will be released at that time which includes the Motorsport show and runs.

CSCS has reserved 15 spots dedicated for Wastegate Kappa participants at Mosport for racing. This will be released in April. Prices will also be released when made available by CSCS for the Mosport event.

Wastegate Registration of $40 will go to the donation for DWSO. Goodie bag will be included with your registration fee which will include a T-shirt plus other items and/or coupons. All fees minus the registration of CSCS will go through PayPal or certified cheque or money order via www.wastegateshow.com

2011 promises to be an epic year. Wastegate will continue to provide you with discounts and coupons in order to make your stay with us an addiction where you will want to be back in 2012 to see how much more we can do.

Nice , thanks for the hook up for this event , this is a good event and the best thing is its for a good cause , I really hope to have TTS there in full force , we have been chosen over alot of clubs for this event so i hope it means something to everyone , this is a must attend for us , mark it down now and book it off now , nightwing let us know if you need any help , we would be more then happy to help out if needed

Wow this summer is going to be the shit

To all those interested in finding out the behind the sceans info and what you can do to help out the event I will be doing a Timmies meet for TTS members only within the next little while.

If anyone wishes to help in a specific event or has a special talent that they think will help. Email me. Or like wise if you know someone looking to expand on a portfilio photography, modeling etc. Same thing.

This will be an epic event one way or another.

3. i might put a promotion team together for this to hit the streets and attend different meets all through toronto and the gta to promote this event

Great showing so far. And Shane nice ideas. Yeah that will definatly assist us in getting the support Wastegate needs.

If I get enough imports on board I can get a few local shops on board as well.

Day long meetings today. First with the Town of Ajax, then with a sponsor then with an event location. Oy.......

Tell yeah one thing its looking good so far. People are starting to book hotel rooms from the US.
