Re: TTS Dyno day
Just looking to get 20 people intewrested in this, then I will be able to start planning times/dates. I'm posting this event on other forums, and I suggest our members do the same to turn this into a big event.

Re: TTS Dyno day
Dates and times?
Or is this a general interest at this point?
I just got asked to go to the GM powertrain meet to put the Sol on the Dyno. Hmmmmm

Re: TTS Dyno day
Was talkin to Dro about the dyno day last night at KC, told him a couple of us altima guys would be down to hit the dyno with y'all provided I can get a date to let em know but for the most part I would say we've got 3 or 4 that would be down to roll. I'll pitch it to them at the meet tomorrw night and see what they're up for

Re: TTS Dyno day
I'll show up with atlest 5 people maybe more. Try to get the rx7 brothers out and couple of NSX's, I'll post on the dsm board as well. I need to know the date though. Btw Dro, remember that too many cars isn't going to work. 20 to 25 cars will take up whole day probably, u don't want to dissapoint if 40 cars show up, I hope infamous gave you the guys number so you talk to him.

Re: TTS Dyno day
I'll get the number from him/you tonight, looking to set this up foe the end of July. That way people can get their mods installed, and have lots of notice to set the day aside. I should have more info by this weekend...

Re: TTS Dyno day
dro will be posting more info about this soon , the deals are pretty sick and the dyno is just amazing
Re: TTS Dyno day
So after getting a hold of the dyno co-ordinator, things are looking to go like this.
Dyno x of pulls being being worked out - $60
1/4 Mile Simulator within 99.9% accurate - $100
The 1/4 mile simulator is outstanding, it will show your R/T (You actually have to launch it) 60ft 1/4time etc... The dyno actaully will let you wheel spin and all, so it's really showing real world stats. They had a Viper in the shop not to long ago, and he went to the track afterwards and actually ran the exact same time as he did on the dyno. The price for the 1/4 mile sim is $40 more than to just dyno, as it takes more time to get it set-up for it. Speaking of which we would need to know exactly how many FWD's/RWD's/AWD's we have and who exactly wants to get the 1/4 and who only wants to dyno, so we can cut down on set up time for each different drivetrain. (IF) we want we can set this up as a lil challenge to see who can get the best R/T time, and make it a little more interesting. Im currenlty waiting on date confirmation for this event, but im aiming for a (Sunday) mid to end of next month (July). As soon as I find out the exact date I will post it here, but in the mean time for those interested in attending this event please specify whether your interested in the 1/4 sim or just the straight dyno.

I'll help, although you won't be impressed with the dyno results ... 'keep it in neutral Kiru while I spin your wheels for you!'

Depending on which weekend in July this is happening, I may not be able to partake. However I am interested only in the Dyno.
