Damn, it looks like it been sitting for years with all that dust.

its been sitting inside at the bodyshop waiting on parts to be manufactured and shipped up from the U.S. so its got all the sanding dust from bein in the shop for a month while they worked... S'all good, free detail when he's done sometime in the next 5 days

yo do you find that cuz of not having turbo the wind just bounces around under the hood cuz of the intake vent??

the vents at the front i find are good for letting the heat out but the vent that lets the air rush in , man ill hit high speeds and the hood starts bouncing around so much , guess cuz there is no turbo sucking that air in

it happens with CF hoods with no vents as well, but this effect is amplified when you have those vents. Technically speaking, you need hood pins for a CF hood. due to its light weight the regular hood latch is not sufficient to hold down the hood under heavy air resistance.

if its wobbling a lot i really recommend getting some hood pins installed. I once came across a S2K owner who's hood ripped right off on the track because of the lack of hood pins under high speed.

^^^ its not the front that wobbles that much tho , actually it doesednt at all its all up by the windsheild where the intake vent is that wobbles alot

I barely drove it yesterday so I didn't get up tp speed much, just like 2km and into the garage but I have hood pins for it, just waiting til spring and having a GT2 race team by my house put them in, body shop guy didn't feel comfortable drilling into my hood, had never done the locking pins I got...

Yeah, well I have two sets, those ones that have like a fridge key to open and then a traditional set anodized red which flukely matches the paint colour exact...

Thanks G, didn't come with pre-drilled holes like urs/c/shanes so I'm keeping it clean and converting the washer nozzles to GM ones on the wiper blade arms
