T.A.S.R August 28 2011

Haven't seen this one posted yet! I saw this on the nine-o-five rides forum (they have 17 signed up as of now...) This show sounds pretty awesome. Free laps if you register for the SnS too how much better could it be!!

Hello everyone, first of all I would like to thank all of those who participated in the event for the last four years and have supported us.
Most of you by now are already familiar with the event. For those who are not, TASR is a great family event that attracted over 200 participants last year, and raised close to $6000 in donations for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peel for the last four years. The show is all about setting role models for our youth; …therefore Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peel could not be a better charity for the event. Help us this year reach a higher goal to help them out! It costs approximately $1,000 per child for find an appropriate volunteer.
I am sure that in this difficult economic situation we are facing, they could use our help more than ever.The purpose is to build on our previous events, and spread even more awareness. As well to further showcase automotive enthusiasts, and tuners as responsible individuals making a difference in their communities. This is also a call out to anyone who has links in media to get them to come out and see for themselves what Tuners and Youth Automotive enthusiasts are really doing and how they support their communities and Charity.More details to come soon, but mark you calendars August 28th, 2011.Mosport International Raceway - Mosport Big Track!

Important Announcement!

NO FEES for SHINERS.. to be on the Mosport race track. If you compete in the show shine, take your car and have a chance in a controlled manner under supervision and have a parade laps on the Track. This is awesome to try your car on a track in a safe manner as well as have a photo opportunity with it on the track. If driving your car on the Grand Prix Mosport track is not your thing you can get a ride along with a pro driver in their race car!

$30 to compete in the show shine, includes parade laps
(Club rate, 5 or more cars at a time - $20 each)
$15 to just show your vehicle and not compete in the trophy competition
$250 for Vendor booth - which is a Donation to Big Brothers Big sisters.

check the thread , we got rid of the 28th part and made it all one day on the 27th

now you can go to the bbq

and yes this is the same day as xts , if i had to pick id do this show , show/plus laps =more fun topping it off with support for a good cause , this is just my opinion

why do they always have a best female ride? are we not equal anymore? why cant we have a best male ride

I agree this sounds better then XTS - I wish I didn't have a concious (not sure I spelled that right) or I would totally go to this one over XTS

Well let's try to pick one boys and gals we now have three events on the 28. I was going towards XTS just to hold my best import win but will go where TTS is. So which is it TTS

I'm interested, Mosport FTW! Got my high-visibility vest already packed.
I'll go to either/or though, pending on where TTS goes.

i wanted to go to TXS too but now i seen this i dont'no what 2 do ..
but ratskat i think is already ready set up to go to XTS long ago.
