This is an interesting idea. If it is found that you LIVE in the building, You will be investigated as the structure is not zoned for mixed-use or residential. Living there would have to be illegal. *wink wink short term 24 hour stay idea again and again type idea*

Some of my friends have a unit that they split on, much like this. They work on whatever, and use it as storage for their summer/winter toys, and most of the time there's at least one person crashing there overnight. Makes for a pretty good "home away from home" type of thing. I'm sure there's ways around everything.

Alright...so not on the forum a ton these days..I live in Richmond Hill so don't feel like commutting a ton to it. Yet I'm making a track specific car so I would be interested as I am running out of spaces for cars on the driveway...everyone meeting up to talk numbers and logisitics sounds like a good idea. I would be game almost any day of the week after 9pm.
