So I just picked her up in December. Was practically brand new when I got it. Tonnes of extras like the MCA (Mustang Club of America) Package which gives it the different front grill, charcoal rims, black vinyls down the side and a blackout decklid panel. I've already started the build last month by adding a new set of Headlights (see pictures)

This summers build list:
-Catback exhaust
-Sprint Booster
-BAMA Tuner
-CAI
-Quarter Window Louvres
-Strut Brace

Future mods:
-Headers
-X-Pipe
-Throttle Body
-Gears
-New set of rims and rubber
- Upgrade Coil on Plugs and
-Springs
-and Mabeyyyyyyy a Supercharger

Nocie, I'd love to do a 1/4mile with the v6 mystang. I believe you have more power, but should be fun nonetheless

looking forward to the progress

Yea I can't wait to see what she can do in the 1/4! Would definitely be a close race, even even with less power, you probably weigh a couple hundred pounds less!

You don't need a sprint booster with a proper tune.
Stock v6 stangs do about high 13s on 1/4 mile.
Also welcome to the club  Very Happy Very Happy

The throttle is electronically controlled, and can be adjusted via a tune. Autos also need to clear their adaptive shifting once in a while, manual have nothing to worry about it as you row your own.

What should have been a 10 minute install turned into 2 hours..... I dropped one of the nuts for the strut bolts in the engine bay and it didn't hit the ground  2012 Mustang V6 1100275680 Went and bought another at Canadian Tire to finish the job. Car feels a lot tighter with the brace installed 2012 Mustang V6 Img_0910

Been a while since I posted on here but I've just recently added a few to goodies to her Smile I just installed a JLT Cold Air Intake. Wether or not I've actually gained any horsepower...who knows. But I can tell you the Sound the car makes is orgasmic now! No more stupid noise cancelling restrictive factory air box..plus the guy i bought it from had it covered in this heat shield bubble warp and claimed to get 20 degrees cooler in the filter area compared to the rest of the engine bay. I haven't hooked up any thermometers but you can tell by sticking your hand in there after driving that it definitely is cooler. And I just got a retro style white shift knob Very Happy Looks awesome and feels way better in your hand.2012 Mustang V6 Captur10

Good stuff, and cold-air boxes definitely help with intake temps.

Finally got some decent mufflers for the car! Just installed a set of Ford Racing Sport Axle-Backs. Ford racing's mufflers are actually made by Borla so essentially I'm running a Borla S-type. They've got some decent back fire noise to them and overall they give the car a way deeper tone

Yea I found out a tune will do the same thing for me as a sprint booster, so I'm saving for a tuner now
