Good Picture taking spots?
Heyy, me and Preston were just wondering if you guys know of any cool places to take car pictures in or around Toronto. We dont mind a bit of a travel either. Markham, Scarborough, or Mississauga, Oakville etc.
So anyone know of any?

At first glance I would have said the Toronto Island Airport, but The angle seems off to me. Plus I dont remember there being a helicopter landing on the west side, Im pretty sure thats in the middle of the airport, or over to the east side.

BTW, you can get fairly similar shots from the employee parking at Ontario Place...if you can talk your way into there.

Re: Good Picture taking spots?
was there today but the lot was closed, every fuckin time i go there its closed off
Re: Good Picture taking spots?
Matt, that's definitely the lot by the docks ... was there a few weeks back and it was closed. Some guy flying an RC helicopter there though, was pretty cool to watch.
Nice spot for a photo shoot, but the roads there are terrible.

Re: Good Picture taking spots?
No idea ... there's a parking booth, so might be able to pay to get in, but I was there on a Saturday, early afternoon, and the booth was empty. Probably open when there are events at The Sound Academy (aka The Docks).

Guild Inn
http://maps.google.ca/maps?hl=en&q=guild+inn&rlz=1B3GGLL_enCA424CA424&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wl
All these pics were taken there

There are no gates, and usually few people there hence being able to drive on the grass
