And just to clarify something...I noticed a lot of friendly verbal banter about the class list in the other thread. Someone said something to the effect of "no classes for Mitsubishi but many classes for discontinued models." As a show organizer with 6 successful events under my belt, I can assure you that this is based solely on pre registrations and what we had last year. Last year, we had 6 Oldsmobiles, over 30 Pontiacs and ZERO Mitsus. I ran a Mits class and no one came - the trophies are still in my closet and I'll be reusing them at the next show.
I'm actually a Service Manager at a Mitsubishi dealership and was formerly an Advisor at another one. I love the brand and fully support those showing them...but I need cars to hold a class. What we normally do is order extra trophies and add classes on the day based on what come. I added a Mits class now...so come on out

Re: Summer Showdown 2011 Tuner Bash
This event is this upcomming weekend. I think I won't be attending, I'm pretty drained from the previous few weeks, and I'm helping my brother move some stuff on the Sunday ... but bump for this event. Should be a good one!

Re: Summer Showdown 2011 Tuner Bash
the only shows i can do for the rest of the year is cscs , not much funds left for the car or shows this year
Re: Summer Showdown 2011 Tuner Bash
I wanted to but it's too far, therefore too much money in gas and time etc etc. Wish there were more meets and stuff closer to GTA to do

Re: Summer Showdown 2011 Tuner Bash

Re: Summer Showdown 2011 Tuner Bash
I was there on sunday. It was good, at least it was inside so didn't had to burn in the sun. Best part was demolition derby.
