People are fk'd and this definitely doesn't help the world's view on Asian drivers. Bad joke, but seriously, this it terrible and unbelievable. It's unreal what happens in the video and how many people ignore the kid laying there. The first truck also gets stuck and then proceeds over the kid. I hope the drivers and all the people who just pass by without stopping get whats comming to them. That's bad karma. Something like this should never happen!

this is very common in china, many parents end up killing their daughters because they are considered worthless and if they have a new son they are considered very lucky because the male normally makes all the income and will support the parents in the future. its part of the one child policy (to stop overpopulation),males are more valuable to them. there have been millions of murders of baby girls in china, they kill them and people do not care less there.

Yeah this was all kinds of messed up. The police did say both drivers have been arrested at least. The little girl isn't expected to survive from what I last heard.

As far as it taking so long for someone to help the little girl it seems thats pretty much the norm there as far as accidents go. A few weeks ago an elderly man was hit in a similar situation someone stopped to help him and HE got arrested for helping. Apparently there is some law there that says unless you are a licensed medical practitioner you don't touch someone thats been injured on the street. I may have read the law wrong and it may have just been you need a valid CPR certificate, but the point is you can get charged if you do not have the proper qualification to assist. Thus most people will ignore an injured person so they don't get in trouble themselves. I'd have a hell of a hard time not doing anything regardless of who got hit let alone a child :( Regardless of helping directly Someone should have gone for help, made a phone call or SOMETHING....

Even if it's against the law to physically help someone who's injured, it can't also be illegal to call for help, can it? What a terrible law! They're really trying to force population control without dirtying their own hands.

I saw this video this morning and I'm still in shock! This breaks my heart and I can't believe how low people can stoop. If i ever saw or met these two drivers, they would get the fuckign sht kicked out of them. These men deserve to be hung regardless of the little girl surviving! I am still in disbelief that this is true.

Hope this is a lesson to any people who are like those two drivers or the civilians who walked passed the little girl not giving a fuck! You never know when you are going to need help! Fuck man this makes me SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO angry!!!!

I was told by a neighbour before that if you stop for someone who is injured or dead on the road that you are suspected of doing it and could get charged for it. So no one risks stopping.

I would still stop and help. Fuck the law when it comes to being a human being!
