Possible: Roommate Wanted

Nothing is set in stone yet, but I might be losing one of my roommates soon due to financial issues. If you're interested in moving downtown and don't mind living with myself and my buddy, shoot me a PM.
Basic details:
~$600/month in a Condo downtown right by the lake (Queens Quay W)
Utilities included, in-suite laundry, kitchen with stove/oven, several appliances, and a fridge with an ice maker!
Internet ~$20/month (high speed with unlimited download, but no cable tv).
Building has party room, meeting room, back patio with two bbq grills, gym with two hot tubs (one indoor, one outdoor), steam room, and sauna. No pool unfortunately.
Parking possibly available (extra though).

wow man, not bad for 600 IMO. 
in waterloo i pay 550/month and dont get nearly as many features as this .
