WASTEGATE 2012

Planning for 2012 has started months ago. Good things happening here.

New location for next year......... Pickering Town Centre. Steps away from the new Go train walkway. 1000's of people there just to shop now will get a day our Passion, Culture, and Octane.

Always looking for feed back. Last year learned a lot of good things on how stuff was done and bad as well. But we will continue to learn and adapt. With our new location it will definatly help on many levels.

Ill be there for sure!!

PTC now has the "Man Cave" a dedicated place for guys to chill while there ladies shop.

This will be one possible location of advertisment for us.

I can't express how different this will be from last year.

Oh and we'll probably have a few TTS vehicles on display in the mall like we did last year.

dunno if this is a newb question or not...
but is Wastegate a brand or an event (like Nextmod vs CSCS)
im pretty sure its a brand, but i'm interested in some more info Lol

it's an event sir! i personayl dont know too much because i wasnt present for 2011 however i will be there with my support this year!

Basically its a Chairty Car show that was put on last year. It went well but can always get better. And next year it shall.

And its never a noob question when a vet dones't put enough info LOL. Sorry..

here is a buzzed out story ...
last weeki took out my gtr one last time b4 the snow came .i was leaving home in oshawa going back to barrie .while i was driving on rossland rd w just passed thornton @ a set of lights a copper pulls behind me follows me 4 a while then pulls me over (just to see my papers & making shure my car is legit..) after he was done he seen my toronto tuner syndicate & wastegate logo's on my window & says to me "werent you guys the one's that had that carwash @ motercity mitsu i was like "yes"
he 's & says keep up the good work & nice skyline .then let me go . now the cop is gone & im still sitting there scraching my head still wondering if that really just happppen..
i just though it was a big buzz.

Total WIN!!!!

I'll be there next year, I like the sound of the new venue!
Niagara Tuner and Truck show was held in a mall parking lot, good turn out and it was nice to have somewhere cool and shaded to hide for a bit.

fyi jp did u miss the already made thread for wastegate?

how done up should a car be to be in the show? are there lots of cars that are kinda like 'meh..' (like mine for example), that are a work in progress.

exactily , this is why i always say if you cant control yourself in the street DO NOT put our name and or logo on your ride , we work hard to establish a good rep in our communities and dont need someone to ruin it , wonder how the cop knew about that and us...........
