who do I contact regarding sponsors/vendors?

The vendor in question offered a discount to club members on his own accord when I was chatting with him and mentioned that I am in a fairly decent sized/active club. Very knowledgeable and cool guy, willing to go the little extra unlike some people I've dealt with before. Quality and outstanding workmanship, anyway I don't want to spoil the surprise.
