TTS Winter Photoshoot!!!

So you all already know that the TTS family doesnt hibernate during the winter months, so to keep the ball rolling we will be hosting a TTS winter photoshoot. Bring on the winter beaters, and the polished steelies! The date will be either Saturday December 22nd/Sunday December 23rd, starting around 1-2pm since it starts getting dark around 5pm nowadays. The location/locations are being worked on, but suggestions are more than welcome. Make sure to vote on your prefered date/s, and the sooner the better so everything can be planned accordingly. The poll allows multiple choice, but make sure to vote for the date/s that you know you can attend 100%

dec 22/23, if not in the new year. i'll be at a cottage for the last few days of 2012.

i wont vote , i will just make it out to what ever is good for the photographer , if i cant make it oh well my loss

The only day i may be able to make it is the 30th but i doubt that one even. Gonna be doing alot of travelling to see all the families for the holidays.

should have option 3 for "don't care what date", maybe in a nicer tone though.

i'm gunna have to disagree on the date. we had a green christmas for 2 years in a row. it has to be done in january where we at least have hope for snow!

Well I dont care that much for snow pics, we can have a winter mode shoot now and a snow shoot later. The more shoots the better!!!

I'm not a badged member, do I still get to participate in the photoshoot? (You guys can say no, I don't mind, I understand how systems work)

Also, do we need to pay the photographer anything?

i'll let the mods answer the first bit..

as for the payment bit, i accept all forms of "payment" for photo services, including Tim Horton's goodies, car parts, and perhaps and hehehe

in all seriousness though, i dont charge anything for TTS group photoshoots. i consider it my donation to the club since i cant afford giving actual donations Lol.
i'd only charge for individuals/non-TTS club photoshoots...

well the only way to become a badged member is by coming out to meets and events

we do it so we can see those that put in the time and actually come out and support us

so yes your more then welcome to attend if you can

Hmm..
I can't see the little button things to vote.. but since it's that time of year, a lot of family stuff happens.. I am only free on the 22nd. I am staying low all winter but just taking off the front lip. Hehe.
