Report from last years RNA 2013

Sorry been a while to say the least.
In 2013 Myself and Farshad (Farshark). Got together and completed a Road rally from Ithica New York to Saint John New Brunswick,
Travelling over a total of 4000 Km. We experienced so many cool sites off the beaten path and met so many amazing cars and their owners.
This was all done for Camp Sunshine a camp for sick kids. Team TTS as we were known gathered over $1400 in donations and were 14th out of 84 teams in donations.
Overall Rally North America gathered over $90,000 for the camp. Sending many kids to spend time with family and away from the horror of their illness.
We raced Watkins Glen In NY. Had a personal tour of a car museum from the town sheriff then he showed us how to get to the next locations. Met up with a Jurassic Park Jeep fully built. Checked out the Ben a Jerry's ice cream graveyard. Did a very "spirted" run with a C7, Shelby, and a brand new Supercharged Camero through the mountains of Vermont. Need less to say the little green monster held its own. The sounds of the engines bouncing off the mountains will never be forgotten. That and the people watching us drive through.
Small towns soaked it all in. Kids young and old loved the cars.
Gadgets and radars only helped us so much. The little car filled with electronics still had its issues. Burning oil held us back a bit, but we were too far in to go back. So it was all in.
We have been formally invited back. As they put it we were a great addition to the group. Which we take great pride in. Although RNA 2014 will be missed this year because of some scheduling issues but be sure 2015 we are already prepping for.

My wife is working late that week and I can't get anyone to take care of the kids. So I gotta do it for 2015.
