depends, lots of guys trailer their cars to the track, but have them registered so in the summer they can take'em them out for a cruise or to a show or whatever, so if its got plates (possibly if they check VINs, dunno if theyre that bad) but I know if it has plates and its not street legal with emissions shit or they have NOS hooked up...etc they can fine, seize... whatever

Considering that Evo is moving I'm going to bow out, that and the OPC meet is on the 31st.. Sounds like the cops will be busy at the track and leaving a parking lot alone.

But that's my 2c.
