Help Needed

So I'm looking for help on two things.
First thing is I want to open up my headlight bezel so I can paint it black (pics below). My problem is I have no prior experience in doing this and worried about cooking them.

Second thing I want to do is tint my taillight with vinyl. I tried this once on a previous car and failed, haha. I feel the Genesis will be more challenging to tint because the light isn't smooth.
If anyone can help me with either of these things I would be grateful and of course willing to pay for your time.

if you can get the headlight off the car, i can open it up and paint the ish black for u. have enought experience with that.
vinyl, go to shinzo to get it done professionally.
