"STRETCH & POKE" Meet, I got us invited :-)

I was notified of this event by one of my friends. Some of you might be familiar with "HELLA FLUSH"; they are a car community that is obsessed with super aggressive offset wheels, amongst other things. There is a local crew that has the same following, named "Wrong Fitment Crew" as shown in the poster.

I personally contacted the organizers of this event and asked for their permission if TTS could come as our own crew and spectate this gathering of theirs, and to our delight, we are invited.

Details...

WHAT: Wrong Fitment Crew gathering
WHY: A huge meet for car enthusiasts to show off their insane wheel fitments
WHEN: May 15th, 3:00PM
WHERE: Dave & Busters Parking lot (Hwy 400 & Highway 7)

Please note that this event is somewhat semi-exclusive for GTA car clubs, as the hosts absolutely do not want any immaturity from any members / spectators, so they did not advertise this around all the local car clubs in GTA as I am sure some of you are aware that certain car clubs have been causing a lot of heat. Bottom line, not all car clubs were invited.

The host is putting a lot of trust in TTS by allowing us to roll in as a crew as guests to their event, and so we must be on our best behaviour at all times.
Absolutely no "boy racer" acts of stupidity... burn outs / donuts / revving engines etc. Both my reputation, and more importantly, TTS' reputation is on the line here. Let's show these guys just how good we are by being civilized.

I hope everyone can make this event, as I suspect the turn out will be excellent and the cars will be fabulous. It will be a good opportunity to make new friends within the GTA car community as well get some exposure for our club.

I heard about this on another forum but wasn't sure about going. Being formally invited I think I'll come down. I have that day off work but I might give it away to get a weekday off, we'll see.

Im down to going, plus it gives me an excuse to get out of helping some broad move...

So how exactly are we "invited"? Will anyone look for TTS decals, or are we expected to meet in s small group like KC?

I live not too far from there and so would prefer to meet TTS people there, rather than "roll in"...

Agreed. We should pre-meet.

wont be able to make this meet , got a job to finish on saturday , but since ron stressed how important it was for the members that do go to be very respectful since its a invite only meet ill just put it like this , anyone that goes from tts and ends up acting like a fool will be kicked out of tts

that being said i kno we aint got nothin to worry about anyways

As for rolling in together, there is a WalMart across the street - I propose we meet there and roll in at a designated time. Will get more info tomorrow. Off to bed!

This is what I propose. There is the WalMart SuperCentre across from the meet.

We can park in the lot closest to Highway 7 so as to keep a low profile at the WalMart.
