TTS Site Update

fallowing things i have added/changed at the request of the tts members

multi quote
quick reply
fixed the header picture
forum width
made the forum more appealing to the eyes
added emoticons , they worked for one night then not anymore so thats on the list to do
merged some forums together , events/meets , tts members , new members , gonna keep off topic and general as two different forums as they should be

also adjusted the menu bar
