Ticket -.-

So I got a speeding ticket on my way to work, and I heard from someone that if there are errors on the ticket, you can just get it thrown out...Well this cop spelt my name wrong (kinda, he wrote in all caps MATTllEW (he left out the - in the H)) and put my address wrong(house number)...and I was wondering if anyone on here knew if either of those things could get it just thrown out...

I got a parking ticket which the cop wrote my make as 'Toyota' last week ... know it's not the same but ... someone told me they still had my license plate right so that wasn't enough to fight it. Know it's not really the same but that's a really good question.

^^ always fight your tickets anyways , even if you still have to pay it , it will delay you paying it and the points going on your record , if it was in toronto then it gets delayed even longer cuz the system is so backed up there , it could be a yr+ before you go to court

nah it doesn't make a difference if they spell your name wrong. if they have the correct licence # and plate #, its valid.

HAHAHA we just went over that in class the other day lmao spelling errors make no difference. all they really need is the lic #, date, time, location and driver's lic number
