Loud clunking from coilover

I've had coilovers on my car since March. A few weeks ago the rear passenger started to develop an extremely loud clunking over bumps. It sounds so bad I tense up every time I'm about to hit a bump. I had the guy that installed my coilovers check them out and everything appeared to be secure. Any idea's what might be going on?
