Change

Pretty sure everyone will notice the change on the forum , just testing it out , want to get opinions of like or do not like , its still a work in progress so keep it simple

added something dro suggested a long time ago , a weather widget so now we have the current weather right here

also all the google ads are gone to members but will remain for guests to see

What is the deal with the ads? Is it on a per click basis? or on the chance that someone buys something. If it were a per click, if we all even did it once a day, it'd still be income..

I would deal with them if it were generating $$..

I'm liking the calendar, post updates, and the weather. Makes things look cleaner.
If ads generate $$, I'll click on it every chance I get.

my personal preference for this site would be to have a white background with black text instead, but no biggie.

just to put it out there right now ADS DO NOT GENERATE $$$ FOR THIS SITE , MYSELF OR ANYONE ON THE SITE , THIS IS A FREE SITE WHICH IS WHY I HAVE NO CHOICE IN THE ADS I JUST HAVE THE CHOICE OF IF MEMBERS OR GUESTS SEE THEM , THE ONLY THING I HAVE TO PAY FOR HERE IS SPACE AND THE DOMAIN NAME , THERE IS NO MONEY MADE FROM THIS WEBSITE

you talking about the colour setup for the whole site?

I think the side widget looks good, I personally would prefer it on the right side rather than the left, but that's just me

looks good, but i think the calender and the weather widget should be moved to the right side. forum posts on the left, other stuff on the right. makes it easier to browse. love the calender.

also may be we can have a boxthat browses through all the pics on our site. just so when ppl visit they see what kinda whips we got.

and ron the white background is too typical. i like the black background. also it uses less energy!! TTS thinks of everything....including being friendly to our planet ;)

right side is not a issue , i did have the pic thing up last night , i can add it again , but it shows at random

also for the colours , i spent alot of time on the colour setup trying to figure colours for everything , and trust me there is alot to go through , after that i do not wana touch them again , to much work

have noticed a problem with this being on the right , while it looks better its cutting off posted pics and some sig pics , so it either gets moved to the left or from now on you gota post pics as thumbnails only since the size of the stuff is already at its minimum size

post pics as thumbnails sounds better!! on the left it doesn't look right. we want the imp info aka the posts/threads to be read first and not the calender and the weather. just seemed like it was always in the way. at least i felt like that.

also going to be linking our facebook page directly to the forum so ill need someone who is a admin on the fb page online here tomorrow around 1pm so help assist in it since i dont have fb

alo another thing. is it possible to have the chatbox appear on every page ur on? instead of just the main pg. that would be really good if we can do that.

tried that before , its just the main page , unless i re write everything in html and i dont wana risk losing the forum cuz of it , would suck to come on and see nothing

I know on some forums, if you post a picture thats to large it will automatically size it smaller and you can click the image to see it in full size. Is that something you can do with these forums?
