I would assume so with the car pushing out 414awhp at 25psi, that's asking for a headache as a DD.

I think fwd or awd would be nice... but not very realistic for a reliable DD under 15k. Might I suggest a 2009 GTI. Great car, sporty and tuner friendly. Makes 200hp stock and it's great for the family. Great ride, very good build quality. Imported from Germany unlike all of the other VW's. Go for a test drive and you'll be impressed.

It's the 400+AWHP im referring to, for a daily i'd want around 300whp max so I have some sort of reliability.

I can see why you want another ride, maybe try something AWD to compensate for your poor launching abilities...

Im just sayin... Need some opinions - Page 2 4067075947

awd is for ppl who cant launch there cars properly on a fwd or rwd car, just saying Laughing. ur not really supose to launch awd cars that hard. puts lots of stress on the drive train, ive seen a few sti's break them from a dig. if i was into dragging i wouldnt be doing it with awd for that reason.

roughly the same size, a3 is a 4 door golf worth more money Laughing plus theyre mostly FWD, AWD ones didnt come until... fuck i forget, like 2008 or something so theyre pricier, as are parts cause its german, nice cars though.

like the IS too, would LOVE to do the swap youre talking about, more likely in the newer body style though. but again parts for them are pricey cause theyre "high end", I went through this dilema last spring when i first thought of gettin rid of the lancer.. cool usually means expensive in one way or another...

goodluck looking though!
