corey74's 09 WRX sedan!

i guess its time for me to start one of these.

planning on having a busy summer haha.

First off my name is Corey and this is my 2009 Subaru Impreza WRX 265 Sedan.

i got it bone stock in Oct 2009, but shortly after (like a week) i had already started to mod it haha.

this is it the first or second week after i pick it up from Davenport Subaru ( Talk to Chris M at that dealership and he will help you out, Great guy, tell him i sent you haha)

Car in Winter Mode




My bad Luck last March :(
Lady in a ford ranger wasnt paying attention and T-boned me. I did my best to avoid it but she clipped the rear quarter of my car. Luckily i was okay and the car was able to be repaired, and didnt cost me anything minus i was without my car for almost 7 weeks. But here are some of the pictures taken from that day. Dont worry you cant tell this ever happens, Car is like new now haha.

hurts to see that damage - Glad to hear it got fixed though, can't wait to see what you do with the WRX ^_^

What Zero said ... nice ride, definitely hate to see any damage to a car, even if minor ... but especially when it's a big hit. Thanks for sharing info and pics! Looking forward to seeing it in person!

I can't even imagine how I'd feel if my car got smacked :( Good it wasn't too bad for you and was able to be repaired. Thats a slick looking WRX!

Nice ride! I seen a white one the other day with an exhaust/BOV/Lowered, it sounded/looked sick! Lots of gurgling and popping coming from it, not the broken kind but the good kind of sound.

I have the 09 2.5i..
Do want to steal your hood.. LOL =)

Wanted the darker gray also, but don't always get what you want..

thanks guys, glad to be hear, i was actually out at last years c7 fall tour for the meet at amc, not sure who all i met there that is active on this forum other then G and shane haha. but hopfully will see you guys this summer.

ps, first shipment from PERRIN sponsorship arrived today, just waiting on the Coilovers to arrive now

not sure, i get back from Jamaica the day before the tour so it will depend on how i feel and what has to be done, ill try and talk Tory into coming to haha, hes coming to Jamaica with me to so i can convince him on the trip home

some new parts went in this weekend.

got my Perrin front sways and endlinks, rear sways and endlinks and my subframe lock down in. Just have to put the diff lockdown in but ill wait till next weekend cause i have to drop my exhaust to get at it.

unfortuently the coilovers never got shipped due to the day i placed my order H&R sold out, so i have to wait 4-5weeks now :(.

but other then that the parts are great and i love having less body role now!!

Nice goodies. Yeah I'm looking at finishing the shifter bushings at one point just have to install the last one and then move to a cobb tuner.

Love the Sunbeam!!!!!!!!!! And the Stang.

yeah cobb tuner is sweet.

and yeah the sunbeam is awesome (v8 in a tiny ass car haha), its a poor mans cobra haha, there my buddies dads cars, the stang will hopefully be finished this summer.

I wanna knwo what that it like. I'm gonna get a Cobb, BOV and the a intake followed by a down pipe. The later a intercooler. Probably stop there........

Ah hell who am I kidding.

took advantage of the nice weather this weekend and put some work into my car.

Installed my new Perrin BOV and painted my stock rims and my front grill Black with some good old plasti-dip

i dont no
i emailed the lady last week telling her i want to either refund my money for my coils or send me the H&R springs and a Perrin cat back exhausted

and if they cant do that ill just refund the money and use it to by some BC coils..
hope to have something installed by wastegate!

might need help installing the suspension tho haha

I want to get a set of BC's for my Sol but that will have to wait until next year.

so got some conformation today that i am no longer getting the H&R coilovers :(


but instead they are sending me H&R lowering Springs , H&R camber bolts and Perrin CBE (stealth black) instead with out charging me anymore money:)


pretty pumped and hope it will come in time for me to get everything installed before wastegate.

might need help installing the springs tho, never done them before.

does anyone know someone that has a spring compressor?
