the thing i dont get with insurance here is that you get fucked wither way.

insurance is meant to give you peace of mind, as a safety net when *touch wood* something bad goes wrong. but here you get ass rammed when you make a claim with insurance; forcing yourself into a lose-lose situation.

How I would sum up the ontario insurance policy:

with it, you're boned. without it, you're boned. boned either way.

i couldnt have said it better

by the end of the year... you will see insurance take a turn. The gov is going to regulate the accident benefits coverage.... which overall should help make your premium go down
