Alright SO. The guy that I sold the civic to... just disappeared. Went to MTO and asked a lawyer buddy of mine.... gave him a formal ultimatum to pay the rest of the money and pick up the car. Got no reply.

So I waited the proper amount of time, and now according to the MTO, I get to keep the 6grand down-payment HE made on the car and the car itself.

Car won't be on the road, got plates but no money for insurance. Comfortable car, but it has no future... 1.8l sohc motor

May give it to my sister as grad-gift, we'll see
